Read from https://motmotfoundationrepair.com/ on November 6, 2026. These are the company's own claims, not verified by us. Texas has no state license for foundation repair that we could find, so words like "licensed" on a site do not point to a state foundation record. We checked no license, insurance, warranty or award.
Before you hire Motmot Foundation Repair
- Ask for the company's written scope, and ask who the engineer of record is. The City of San Antonio asks for a Texas licensed engineer's letter on foundation repair permits. See the permit guide.
- Ask who pulls the permit and read the contract against the Texas contract rules.
- Read any warranty in full and ask what transfers to a buyer and what does not. See the quote guide.
- Get at least three written quotes, and consider an opinion from a licensed structural engineer who does not sell repairs.
- Read recent Google reviews, including the low ones, and see how the company replied.
